1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We strive to ship most in-stock orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Please note: Custom or made-to-order products may require additional processing time. Estimated lead times will be listed on the product page or communicated via email.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We offer domestic shipping via trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS. The shipping method and carrier are selected based on item size, weight, and destination to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Shipping options and estimated transit times will be displayed at checkout. These estimates do not include order processing time.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, weight, dimensions, and shipping method selected. In some cases, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
5. Delivery Issues
Lone Star CNC is not responsible for:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
6. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us at thelonestarcnc@gmail.com within 3 business days of delivery. Be sure to include:

We will evaluate the situation and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
8. Order Changes or Cancellations
