Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Lonestar Custom CNC Services. We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth return process. Please review our policy below:
Return Window
We accept return requests within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the request must be submitted within this timeframe.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags intact, and in original packaging.
Items must be free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please email thelonestarcnc@gmail.com with the following information:
Full name
Order number
Reason for return
Relevant photos (if applicable)
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item(s) back. Returns must be shipped within 7 business days of receiving the label.
Please note:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our return conditions.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you discover any damage or defects, email thelonestarcnc@gmail.com within 3 business days of delivery. Be sure to include:
Your name and order number
Photos of:
Shipping label
Front and back of the package
Inside of the package
Damaged or defective item(s)
We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact thelonestarcnc@gmail.com as soon as possible, including your name and order number.
Please note:
Orders may ship the same business day, so cancellation is not guaranteed.
A 3% processing fee applies to all cancellations to cover non-refundable credit card fees.
If the order has already been fulfilled, a 10% restocking fee will apply upon return.

Mystery boxes
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us prior to purchase.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus shipping and restocking fees, if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow your bank or credit card provider additional time to process and post the refund.
