Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at lonestarcnc@outlook.com  In your e-mail please include your name, order number, the reason for return, and any applicable pictures. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will have 7 business days to take your package to UPS or USPS after a return shipping label is e-mailed to you. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, plus a 10% restocking fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately. If there are any issues or you notice any damages upon reception contact us at info@houstonacrylic.com within 3 business days of the delivery date so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In your e-mail, please include your name, order number, and the following pictures:

Shipping label
Front/Back of package
Inside of package
Damaged contents

Cancel Orders
If you wish to cancel your order, please e-mail info@houstonacrylic.comwith your name and order number. Please note, not all order cancelation requests are able to be honored, as our team works hard to ensure orders are shipped the same business day. We do charge a 3% fee for cancellations to account for the credit card processing fees we are not refunded on these order  If your order is already fulfilled we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products/sheets (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, sample chips, or mystery boxes.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus the shipping charges) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
